Introduction to DSLR Photography

Event Details

 Get your camera off the auto settings and learn to use the functions that your camera offers to create the photos you want. We’ll discuss the DSLR (digital single lens reflex) camera, Aperture, Shutter Speed, Exposure Modes, Metering Modes, Composition, Lenses, and basic flash use. Please Note: These are not stand alone classes. Each 2-hour session builds on the prior session. To receive maximum benefits of this class please plan to attend all four sessions, and register for each individual session. If weather permits there will also be a class field trip. No digital post-processing will be covered. Please register for all four sessions. Bring your camera and instruction manual.
