How to become an IT Android Associate Developer: Open House

Lexington Public Library has become a #GrowWithGoogle Partner to increase virtual and in-person career and entrepreneurship training opportunities. In this Open House you will learn about becoming the Android Associate Developer program that can be completed within six (6) months at no cost to patrons. Those who successfully complete the IT Android Associate Developer program can sit for a certification exam. Once a learner passes the exam, they are certified to develop Android apps and pursue full-time employment with an average salary of above $80,000-all without a college degree or previous coding experience! Target audience for this initiative is 16-24 year olds, although the Android program is appropriate to anyone 13 years and older!
